Emily Pothast

Emily Pothast is a visual artist, writer, musician, and curator based in Seattle. Her work addresses strategies for communicating transcendent experiences given the limitations of words and images. She has an MFA in printmaking from the University of Washington and is the co-founder of the multimedia duo Hair & Space Museum, the band Midday Veil and the record label Translinguistic Other.
